What form of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit or debit cards, and PayPal for payment.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. Our software excludes a very small number of countries. More than likely your country will be available to ship to, so go ahead and place an order and let us know if you have any problems.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
7.00% Sales tax is added only to orders within Florida. All other states/countries will not be charged sales tax, although some countries collect import taxes when passing through customs.
Can I return items from my order?
If we made any mistake in your order, we will gladly correct the error. As all clothing items are custom made for you, most cannot be returned. However, some may be exchanged when necessary with a restocking fee. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.The most common reason for exchange requests are sizing issues. We do have a sizing chart available with measurements that you can use to compare to clothing that you know fits you well. Each design offered on our site is available in over 1600 combinations of style, fabric color, print color, print location, and size. That makes about a quarter of a million options that you have when you come to our site. The only way we can offer this of course is to print your clothing choices after you order, and exchanges are nearly worthless to us as the likelihood of any one item being ordered in the exact same configuration is quite small. Please help us continue to offer you this vast number of choices by taking the time to use the sizing chart provided.
Can I exchange an item from my order?
The most common reason for exchange requests are sizing issues. We do have a sizing chart available with measurements that you can use to compare to clothing that you know fits you well. If you are in need of an exchange please see our Return and Exchange Policy.
I did not get what I ordered. What do I do?
Just fill out our contact form and we will get back to you immediately to verify and correct the error.
Can I place an order over the phone/mail?
Sorry, orders can only be placed online. Rest assured, our online checkout process is secure and no credit card information is stored.
How do gift certificates work?

Gift Certificates are a perfect gift! Gift certificates may be emailed to the recipient through our website or printed to give. Gift certificates are available in $25, $50, and $100 amounts.
How To Purchase

How To Redeem
The Gift Certificate code will be written on the certificate in the email notification or on the printed gift certificate. Enter the gift certificate code during the third step of the checkout process along with billing information. Under "Billing Information", there's a field to enter a coupon code or gift certificate code. Click "Apply" to deduct the coupon amount from your order total. The code will be written on the certificate in the email notification or on the printed gift certificate. If the gift certificate amount exceeds the order total, the balance will remain on the gift certificate code to be used on future orders.
If you're having any problems redeeming your gift certificate, please email us. We will not be able to apply a gift certificate to your purchase after it's completed.
How To Give?
During checkout, enter your email address so you can receive the email confirmation. In the confirmation email, click on the "Send it to a Friend" link. You'll be given the option to either print out the gift certificate and give it to the recipient -OR- enter their email address and have the gift certificate emailed to them. Do not enter the recipient's email address during checkout or they will receive your order confirmation!
How long are the gift certificates good for?
Gift certificates expire five years from the issue date.
Can I use the gift certificate incrementally?
Yes, gift certificates may be used for multiple orders. For example, if you have a $25 gift certificate and only use $20 of it, the additional $5 can be used at a later date.
Are the gift certificates refundable?
No, all gift certificates are non-refundable.
Will I be sent a physical gift certificate?
No, our gift certificates are electronic. The gift certificate codes are sent via email, but they can be printed. If you forwarded the gift certificate to the recipient, but they did not receive it, email us and we can show you how to resend the gift certificate email.
Why was my card declined?
Your card could be declined for several reasons. Make sure the card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly. Also be sure the card you're using is one we accept.

Also check to see if there are sufficient funds available on the card and that the billing address matches the card being used. If you continue to have problems using your card and have a PayPal account, try placing an order using PayPal instead.
What material are your decals made from?
Our vinyl is high-gloss (with the exception of metallic silver and metallic gold) premium grade vinyl. It is rated for seven years of outdoor use, with much more indoors!
What color backgrounds are your decals?
The vinyl decals we sell do not have any "background" color/texture. Everything that is not part of the design is peeled out so that only the design portion remains.
Do your clothes shrink considerably when washed?
Most items we sell are pre-shrunk, however Canvas brand shirts (the softer, fashion tee option available for mens shirts) may shrink some. You can find more information about Canvas brand shirts here. Please keep in mind we also have Gildan brand shirts available for men which is a pre-shrunk option.
Where are your products made?
We print the apparel and produce our vinyl decals in-house, in Orlando, FL.When will my stuff ship?
We normally ship all non-custom orders within 2 days of your order. It is common to be shipped even the same day. We are located in Orlando, Florida and actual shipping time will depend on your location. You may request priority mail shipment at checkout for an extra charge.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
It may take 2-3 business days to produce and fill your order from when we recieve payment. In some cases we can fill them in the same day, but we ask our customers to allow 2-3 business days to ship your items. Shipping times vary depending on how far you are from Orlando, FL.
What are the shipping charges?
We use USPS to ship all of our orders. Our site will calculate the total the weight of your order and USPS will determine the actual shipping cost to your delivery address.
How do I track my stuff?
Depending on how your item is shipped, tracking may or may not be included. If you need to be assured that you will recieve tracking and/or delivery confirmation, simply contact us.
Why was I charged customs fees at delivery?
Any international order may incur a customs fee. The shipping step of the checkout process states that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. These fees are being charged by your government, not our site. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
What do I do if I need a different size/color item than is offered on your site?
Most of our clothing and decals are available in several sizes and colors. For your convenience, you can often customize your item by changing the size and/or color before you purchase it.
